Founder / Partner

Thomas Keen founded Sabotage in 2004 after gaining a truly global experience of the design industry. His English background , experience of Italian aesthetics, complex Japanese culture, Silicon Valley technology and finally a great love for sailing & diving have all contributed to making Sabotage Design a company that is not afraid to explore, challenge and evolve.



Director / Partner

Nick Woodley has held key roles in consultancies such as Lovely&Co and Native Design and in-house design teams for the last 17 years. He has served as Lead Designer at Huawei and as a Design Manager at Motorola. He is known for an obsession for finding market differentiation and attention to design quality from the biggest idea to the smallest detail.



Director of UX

Dmytro Izotov has delivered global products for desktop, iOS, Android & web. For 8 years he lead the integration of research, consumer software & business SaaS solutions at Skype & Microsoft. Expert in UX production tools, frameworks & prototyping, he has worked seamlessly between design & development to deliver great products.



Senior Designer

Philip Harrison has a depth of design experience & highly developed commercial awareness, adding a significant creative contribution to the activities at Sabotage. He has held key senior design positions and lead teams both in-house at Nokia and consultancy at Native & PDD, delivering world class product design for high end audio & consumer electronics.
